Greetings to the group! I have not posted for awhile

but I am still around and still dealing with problems

from taking lipitor many years ago but now something

new has come up and I am curious if this is lipitor

related too. Recently I was very

sick...chills,fever,head ache,stomach pain,hurting all

over...thought it was a bug but it went on too many

days...while I was sick I noticed an infected bite

near my left elbow...I finally made it to my doctor

who diagnosed me with Lyme...that day I had the red

bulls eye around the bite...he took blood and put me

on an antibiotic. Later in the day the doctor called

and confirmed the Lyme Disease and said to stop taking

the antibiotic for my liver counts were Very High.I

was sent to the hospital for a cat scan...from there

to a Gastroenterologist who told me I have an abnormal

gall bladder..more blood work was done...liver counts

had gone down...I was then sent for an ultrasound on

my gall bladder and then back to the gastro.dr who

thinks while I was sick I overdosed myself on Tylenol

and that I might have passed a stone...and that he is

very concerned about the gall bladder and should

probably have it removed...he says it has thick walls.

Anyone know anything about gall bladders...could the

use of Lipitor have caused the abnormality? My doctor

once told me that I can't blame everything on the

lipitor...I still say why not...I haven't had a well

day since taking the poison!

I am still under observation...will have more blood

work done on the 15th and another ultrasound and I

also found out that I do not have Lyme disease...not

sure what made me so sick..spider bite? passing a

stone? Its all been very crazy...not a fun way to

spend my summer days!
