Guest guest
Hi, I have brewed two batches so far, number three is brewing now. The tea produced tastes good, but it does not have any bubbles. The commercial Kombucha I tried needed to be opened very carefully, but my brews are pretty much flat. Should I try brewing for longer? The first brew I left for 12 days, the second for 10 days. There were bubbles under the scoby. Or should I bottle the brew and leave the bottles out of the refrigerator for a day or so. I use bottles with the Grolsch type cap. Any advice would appreciated. Thanks Bruce
