Hi Everyone,

Does anyone use phen free and what are your thoughts on it. I'm not sure if

I should use it or not.

Also here is a receipe for chicken and Eggplant rissoles (I think you call

them burgers in the US.)

500g Chicken breast mince

2-3 Medium size Eggplant

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Big dollop of dijon mustard

Peel, cube and boil the eggplant until tender, let cool and squeeze out

moisture with hands

mix in chicken mince, breadcrumbs and mustard. Shape into burgers and cook

under hot grill until nice and brown.

These are so simple yet really tasty.

P.S. Someone asked me what part of Australia I come form, sorry I can't

remember who that was but I am from Sydney.
