Also here is a receipe for chicken and Eggplant rissoles (I think you call them burgers in the US.) 500g Chicken breast mince 2-3 Medium size Eggplant 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Big dollop of dijon mustard Peel, cube and boil the eggplant until tender, let cool and squeeze out moisture with hands mix in chicken mince, breadcrumbs and mustard. Shape into burgers and cook under hot grill until nice and brown. These are so simple yet really tasty. please don't forget to let me know your thoughts on phen free P.S.
