Hi from Sue,

I'm going on my 4th week of MB12 nasal spray... and after the first two days of realizing it was too strong with 2 squirts.... I found it to be great with just one squirt, in one nostril per day...

I felt motivated, focused, calm, had less allergies, less postnasal drip, sustained energy, slept better, etc.

Just out of curiosity... I thought I'd try 2 squirts again..to see what would happen...on Sat.

I felt a little light-headed but ok.... so I tried 2 doses again on Sunday... NOT good...

I'd been tired all day... but can't sleep, Spacey, depressed --not motivated, listless, had a very slight nosebleed at night, and can't sleep tonight...so decided to get up and write this...

I feel like I have a little Serotonin Syndrome..... which I know will go away if I cut out my dose a day or two...

Dosage seems to make all the difference---I'm going back to one squirt per day....(after taking a break for one day)...... and staying there....

It's true, less can often be better. I tell people to take the

least amount that works for them. I think people think that a spray

may not be as effective as other methods, like a shot for example...

but intranasal spray is similar to IV according to the literature.

So I suggest starting slowly and watch closely to see what works

best for each individual.
