New Year, new challenge

Happy New Year Everyone!

Today's the day, our new challenge has begun. I took 2 weeks off and I am so glad to be back "on the wagon". If I eat one more unauthorized food my body is just going to scream: YOU FOOL! We've had some stupid virus in our house and we all ended up getting it. So between me being sick ( and I do mean sick...both ways), I've been nursing the kids back to health and doing a TON of laundry. Now with the funeral this week, eating right and exercising will definantly help keep my stress at a tolerable level. LOL

I have goals and wanted to share with the group.

Lose 30 lbs of fat and only gain 5 lbs of muscle.

Drink a gallon of water a day.

Eat 6 meals a day and NOT cheat.

Never miss a workout nor skip cardio for any reason!

Mark each workout and meal plan off on the calendar.

Leg press 500lbs.

Make Tim's lunch every night before bed so he's not running around the kitchen frantic every AM before work!

Get more organized!!!

Stay out of the ER.

Learn to say NO and mean it! Throw out the negative things in life and never look back.

I've completed one challenge, so I know it can be done, but this time it's 110%.
