Lab result question - PCR numbers

Sorry for the endless questions, but I am reviewing my labs that I got my dr. today - under the section that has the test titled: "HCV RNA, Quantitative Real Time PCR", it has a result: 4,360,000 ...which I know is my viral load of 4.3 mil (lucky me).But, there is another result number under the same test title, it's 6.64. The notation next to it (under "units") is LOG IU/ML.Anyone know what this means? I like that it's a relatively low number (at least compare to 4.3 million)! Is it another scale for viral load?

Oh well, I still like 6.64 better than 4,360,000. If there was a

dollar sign in front it would be a different story. Thanks!
