Guest guest
this is a paper written by a kid! It talks about the parasitic plants that grow on tea. They end up being like concentrated little tea plants. The paper goes over the traditional recipe for using a kt to extract the selenium out of these plants. In doing so it covers the chemical analysis of the tea substrate and reveals the presence of glucoronic acid on page 13. It just goes to show that KT can be used to extract other desirable medicinal compounds. I just know those grannies in villages like korea where fermentation is used to extract the good stuff must have some interesting recipes..I thought it was interesting. www.unesco.org/mab/bursaries/mysrept/2002/nurhidayat/FinalMABReport.pdf
