For us, an increase in stimming, I call it "angry stimming". We've tried several forms and lowering the dose but he just can't handle it.

How long after you stopped folinic did the stimming go away? What do you use in its place, folic acid?

thanks

I don't use anything in its place. He cannot tolerate any form of it at this time. He always stims but it's much worse on folinic. It dies down w/in 24 hours of his last dose. We have tested this numerous times and the increase in stimming has occurred every time.

Tina,

My son was very angry with folinic

too.  Major increase in obstinance, horrible transitions, yelling and pinching.

Making angry grunting noises and very frustrated while stimming, sometimes to the point of having a complete meltdown.
