Guest guest
Hi, How is everyone. I don't get to post alot. I have weird work hours. We got lab results back. He is Genotype 1a and has a viral load of 31,900,000. He will be having his biopsy Friday the 28th and follow- up on Monday the 7th. Then we will see about getting him on treatment. I think it really hit him when he got the appt for the biopsy. I feel terrible I can't do more for him than just to be there for him. We are trying to get some help with the cost of medication. We'll see how that goes. Well just an update. I enjoy reading the article in the group. There is a lot of information and we sure appreciate all of it. Please keep us in your prayers as I will keep you in mine.
Guest guest
Hi Thanks for posting to us and hey, just post when you can, remember we have members from all over the world so someone is always awake somewhere! lol,, Yeah, Im sure is 'getting used to' all of this. The biopsy will be the defining moment and then he will settle into living WITH this disease, like all of us. I remember how scary this was when I first found out. But having such a wonderful spouse really DOES make the difference! YOU are a wonderful wife and is lucky to have you. The next year or so is going to be difficult not only for roger but for you too,, maybe even harder for you as you have to sit and watch his treatment and side effects. But the point is that YOU can see things that might not be aware of in his response to treatment so you can be a huge help in getting info to and from his doc. AND WE ALL will be here for you the entire way! Well let us know how the biopsy goes.. And if you need anything,, just ask! jaxrogkatlev <rogkatlev@...> wrote: Hi, How is everyone.
