My son takes medications for ADHD, and has for years, but he was diagnosed ADHD first, and he has that an Aspergers. He was only diagnosed as an Aspie at age ten. He is now almost 17.

Your son has the same exact characteristics as mine and YES my son loveeeeessss the Weather Channel. When he was small, he was hooked on dinosaurs and the Solar System and could name all the planets in order and their moons etc.

How is the Abilify working for you son?

My son take a Stimulant which helps with his symptoms that he has ( ADHD, hyperactive and restless) and takes an Anti-D at night called Remeron. I have heard of many on Abilify, but it seems most are on that for Bipolar. Lately, some AS kids are begin put on it. However, some have mentioned to me for their child it did more harm than good, so they got their child off of it. What does it help with, for your son? Thanks
