A lot of people on this sight get it shipped from Coastal Compounding pharmacy. You can not get it from a regular pharmacy like CVS. You would have your prescription faxed to the compounding pharmacy you chose. Call the compounding pharmacy you want to use and tell them your Dr. is faxing prescription and they will tell you their particular procedures. Usually they also want you to fax both sides of your insurance card. Make sure it is a compounding pharmacy that does Nasal Methylcobolamin. They have one with folinic acid and one without. Some of our kids have issues with folinic, like my son, and starting 1st with the one without might be better to start and then later the one with to see the difference. The compounding pharmacies are very knowledgeable about our kids they should be able to walk you through it.
