Keeping Keg near Microwave?

I used to keep my keg in the spare bedroom, but we had to move it to

make the spare bedroom into a nursery! So now I am moving my keg into

the kitchen. The place I was going to put it is right next to the

microwave. Can the microwave hurt the kombucha?
