Guest guest
Tami, thanks for posting that. We are just about to try Peptizyde. Would H.pylory be detected through a Comprehensive Stool Analysis test? Natasa > > I just wanted to add something. My son tolerates all houston's enzymes just > fine. Guest guest
For years my child had stomach issues and I asked several physicians for an H Pylori test, only to be waved away. Finally, a regular ped tested my child via a blood test - it was, of course, positive as I'd suspected all along. At first we used Bye-Lori (mastic - used all over the world), but then we did the standard H Pylori med protocol. Finally, the stomach was all healed. Guest guest
Natasa, It's not on the regular stool analysis but you can have them add it. We just did a Doctor's Data Stool analysis - parasitology and on the test sheet there was a box to check if you also wanted h.pylori and I checked it. They did the test and he came out negative. (which doesn't surprise me since he has no reaction to the enzymes) Ask your doctor....most docs won't mind, it's only your money getting this additional test. I try to cross all of the culprits off the list. These kids are so complicated. AND millions and millions of Americans have h.pylori and don't even know it. Once I came out positive, they then tested my husband because it can be transmitted to partners, and he was positive. My mom has GI issues and she got tested and she was positive too. Both my kids were negative though. Thank God. Good luck! Tami

Guest guest
Our H. Pylori was a blood test through Amscot Medical Labs. They looked for IgA and IgG. My son was borderline postive on the IgG and did have suspected inflammation in the oesophagus on the Dr. Krigsman scope.
