He had no other symptoms just a low grade fever, but according to their policy I couldn't take him so I didn't. Anyway, I was ready to pull him out right then and there but I didn't. As soon as I got him home from my sister's since she babysat for me today, I called head start and talked to his new Family Service ************* Wow this is strange. I worked for HEADSTART here in IL for 4 years and kids came back and no note was needed. They also were still sick, coming to school sick, had green runny noses all the time. I hated that as I felt like I got all their colds. Anyway, I guess they each have a policy. However, if your child is now better and many days have gone by, they should let him/her back in now. I think it is expensive to go to the doctor. They should know that. We usually go only when it is very important. in IL
