I just asked my hubby if I ever drank any Crystal Light or pop or anything,, he said I ONLY drank water and an occasional Iced Tea when we were out to eat,, that was it,, I had to ask him cuz I honestly can't remember,, but I still dont drink pop,, I dont like it,, so its usually water still or iced tea and of course I drink my 2 cups of coffee every morning,,,Jackie on <redjaxjm > wrote:

well I suppose its probably alright,, but the deal with all those things is that they are chocked full of preservatives and food colorings, food additives LOTS of CHEMICALS and phoney food items etc,, and everything has to be cleared through your liver,, so anything that you put in to your body with chemicals WILL stress out your liver,,, but in small amounts,, its probably ok.. I just think when you are trying to kill a virus that sits in your liver,, you ought to put as few chemicals as possible into your already struggling liver.. and anything with lots of sugar in it is hard on your liver,, sugar, food colorings, food additives, preservatives etc, Even SMOKING is hard on your liver, Did I drink some while I was on tx,, probably once in awhile,, I honestly can't remember,, I DO however remember making sure I DID get that gallon of WATER,, real filtered WATER down every day... all I know is that because of everything I did,, I CLEARED.. maybe not any ONE thing but everything combined helped me to clear,, that I AM SURE OF... I followed the nurse who gave our class's instructions,, to the letter! Drinking that gallon of water,, getting half a gram of protein for every pound I weighed, making sure I took my riba 12 hours apart and took them with a small amount of fat and NEVER missing a dose of either Riba OR inf... I guess I saved all my chemicals up and used them in the pain pills that I had to take to control to body pain... everyone is different..marvindamartian05 <marvindamartian05 > wrote:

Wow, that's amazing! Thanks for the education, and for sharing it with us newbies. I am a straight water and lemon drinker, but for those who need some other flavor, what about Crystal Light?...susan> >> > I don't drink water even when I am on treatment . Water is STILL the best thing for you while on tx,, just think of it as the thing that washes out the toxins,, Robbie J <robbiej4@...> wrote: crystal light makes me sick to my stomach it is awful From: Jackie on <redjaxjm >Reply-Hepatitis C To:
