The shots go in just as easily when the date expires. I don't know if the shots are bad or not but used them anyway. My son did not really respond too well to MB12 but I used a few shots that were a few days beyond the expiration date. I don't know if he benefitted but he certainly did not have any adverse reactions.thisiskathys <thisiskathys@...> wrote: IF MB12 shots are past their expiration date, are they still good touse? I've heard that the solution becomes thinner and harder toinject. Any suggestions or thoughts? Are they now just bad shots?

I think the problem with shots that are past the expiration is more an issue of contamination vs. is the B 12 still good. They do not use any preservatives in these shots, so they only have a shelf life of 8 weeks (I think)

More like loose the potency / concentration and may sting more Bc of

the pH.

It all depends on if they were /are refrigerated in the first place.

In other countries the are not able to refrigerate/ ship them cold

and keep refrigerated so they use Mb12 from a larger source instead

of pre filled syringes. This of course is all reflected to its

shelf/ life efficiency and pH levels.

If you are using pre filled and have them refrigerated than see the

following.

Most Pre filled Mb12, from our local USA pharmacies have a shelf

life of 60 days, that is the criteria I would comply to.

If in question don't use, Mb12 is cheap enough to replace

considering all the other stuff we use that is not paid for.
