I couldn't work if I tried while on treatment. I couldn't even lift a half a bag of dirt one time, had to ask for help. I spent DAYS laying on the couch without enough energy to get up and feed myself. My step son got me some soup one day. My husband did not know how to act, so was his usual macho lovely self and didn't even try to understand what was happening, even tho we had discussed it and watched a video about it. Not one of my family understood the degree to which this tx drains one. Don't feel like you're a wimp, use the group to complain and whine and vent and anything else you feel like. You are right Sharon,, I too became so anemic and fatigued that the only time I was out of bed was to go to the bathroom, or to the doc,, I even ate my meals in bed cuz I was so anemic that I was freezing all the time... HAHHA I remember times when I would want to go out to the store for something, and I would stand up, and then say ,,na and lay back down...I would take showers maybe every 4 days..I never cooked, unless you call putting something in the micro, or noodles on the stove for 5 mins, cooking..even then I would take it out and still not do it..I have thrown out a bunch of meat hoping to cook it and it went bad..ahhh geri

Yeah, I hear that. It got only a little better as the time passed. One day, Jerry insisted that I drive around with him to dig up wild plants that he wanted. Later, he said I DID , but I sure don't remember. Another time he wanted this pup at the grocery store in the parking lot and was gonna pay three hundred bucks for it (supposed to be a chihuahua - HA) SOOO he called me three times from down there and I finally got up and went 10 miles to town and looked at the pup. The owner looked at me and lowered the price a hundred on the spot. If I'd been concious, I'd have seen it was too big, but we took it for 2 hundred. Turns out it's part doxie and part chi, but 100 percent character and I'll never be sorry we bought him. But he'd definitely NEVER sell to a concious person for the price. lol We ate a lot of junk meals during that time. Jerry learned to cope in the kitchen or

I am type 3 so that is the only difference..he has never tx anyone with 3..lol..geri

Wow the lowest mine got was 11.5. so far, anyway..maybe cuz I am on that lower dose of riba..800mg memeber?? geri
