Guest guest
Thank you Liz Perhaps my 'wording' was what she objected too and thats ok,, Ill try to watch HOW I word things in the future... but THIS particular drug is very harmful and like you say, I DONT know any hepatologist OR Gastro who would RX this drug to a patient who has hep c... I just dont... My final word to her was to get in touch with her doc immediately.. I stand by that.. and IF HE wants to assume responsibility for hurting her liver, well thats HIS STANCE,, not mine.. but I would be very concerned about going to a doc who would rx this drug... but thats just my opinion.. Kitchen is workable,, so this weekend, I hope to make my first batch of Cheescakes,, lol,, I have to figure out a way to freeze it quickly and then overnite it to you! Send me your address hon,, love you and miss you lots jaxelizabethnv1 <elizabethnv1@...> wrote: We are not doctors but believe me when I say we know about medication warnings ..Jackie advised stopping the Cymbalta because it has the potential to cause further liver damage . I know of no hepatologist who prescribes something that can potentially be dangerous to a hep c patients liver . Jackie like me has a medical background Re: 8 Down 16 to Go I thought we weren't doctors here. I think it is irresponsible for you to tell someone to get off a medication Jackie. I happen to know many folks with liver disease who are on Cymbalta and it has been prescribed by their hepatologists. Jackie
