It was a gorgeous sunny day here in Illinois, so, Sunday being Kombucha Brewing Day, I set a quart jar of KT out in the sunshine with a chai teabag in it. I just now (9 pm) brought it in to taste. Oh, my, that's good! I was a little put off by the thought of cinnamon taste in my KT, but it's really quite yummy. It tastes like -- well, okay, it tastes like KT with a hint of cinnamon and allspice. I'm going to drop a small dollop of honey into it (because it's still KT tart, and I like my chai sweeet), and then I believe it will be perfect. Thanks to whomever came up with this idea! It's nice!
