Guest guest
Dear Jackie, Stem cell research is in it's infancy. I'm sure that their is no known stem cell reseach w/regards to hep c going on. If there were you would have heard about the success of stem cell liver regeneration in the media. It's an interesting article thou I don't think that science is their yet. splitting an egg and making twins in a lamb is one thing, but turning cells into organs @ this point is UFO time. Guest guest
Stem cell research for the treatment of liver disease has been ongoing for the last several years . But because of the still ongoing controversy about whether it is moral or not there has been only slow progress . But I think the future lies in stem cell research , it has been shown to have made great leaps in medical treatment of several diseases . If it were available here today I would jump on board . I truly believe in the benefits outweighing any other issues . Re: Fwd:this is true and very teary Dear Jackie, Stem cell research is in it's infancy. Guest guest
well from what I have read,, adult stem cells are just as good as fetal stem cells. There is much hype out there about how much could be done from this research so its hard to know what is true and what isnt . Sometimes the truth is twisted for political reasons.. I'm not going to post my opinion on fetal stem cells as its just going to irritate at least half of the people and its not legal anyway,, so why start something? novara12002 <novara12002@...> wrote: I WOULD JUMP ON BOARD TOO!!! Guest guest
LOL Of course I am pro life but I know that abortion takes place and the stem cells from those could be used . I am thinking with my head and experience as a paramedic , so I am very much for stem cell research .
