Hi Tracey,

My daughter is 30 lbs. and is almost 5. We give her 5ml of diflucan per day. The concentration is 10mg/ml.

Tracey, That's a question YOUR Dr need to answer. Usually Diflucan dose is 3-12mg/kg/day, depending on a type of

infection. If your kid is 38lb(17kg). then it can be from 51mg to

200mg. My son is 60 lbs and his dosage is 75mg/day

infection. If your kid is 38lb(17kg). then it can be from 51mg to

200mg. My son is 60 lbs and his dosage is 75mg/day
