Guest guest
As you have surmised, the type of tea used and the amt will most definitely change the taste as will the type of sugar and even the water used. Your KT will be unique to your own brewing conditions. It took me quite a while before my KT actually started tasting like anything but mild vinegar- even then I drank it anyways because I knew it was good for me. NOW my KT is actually delicious- is it really different or have I just acquired a new taste ? Good question - I don't know and really dont care. It tastes wonderful now unless it goes past its due date. zoe > <<That one took about 3 weeks In the end I had a beautiful scoby too.>> > Zoe, > Was there any diff in taste with this one? Or is the taste entirely > dependent on the type of tea used? Keep in mind, I am so new at KT that I basically know nothing... > thanks for putting up with my rookie questions, > millie
