Hi Edmund! Hi Everyone!

I have a question for you Edmund - or for anyone else here who might know the

answer.

Unfortunately, I'm having a difficult time figuring out what some of the

terms are supposed to mean. Does " 1-RM " mean simply " 1 rep maximum weight " or

does it mean " 1 minus 1 rep maximum weight " ? And 100% of what? I read the

surrounding text, and I couldn't figure it out. Also, playing with different

possibilities for these terms hasn't yielded sound results yet.

Perhaps you, Edmund, could " walk me through " an example? This formula could

be very useful to me - if I could figure out how to use it. :-)
