Guest guest
Hi Jordan! For some wonderful inspiration, I suggest visiting www.bodychangers.com. Once there, click " The Interviews, " and on Page 1, view the before and after pictures of Dalver. Be sure to also listen to his interview. Using Body-for-LIFE, Dalver made an amazing transformation: he added 18 lbs. of muscle in 11 weeks! He was one of those who, like you, " had tried everything " to put on muscle - but BFL is what made the difference for him. His pictures and story are dramatic and instructive. The very best of fortune to you, --- FMBC: Fitness and the Mind-Body Connection an unofficial Transformation Support site and " on ramp " for Body-for-LIFE by and Cherita Axel http://fitmind.home.mindspring.com
Guest guest
Jordan, If you haven't read it yet, get the Body-for-LIFE book and read it and then read the material posted on http://www.hussman.com/eas which explains the program in a different way and gives you some tweaks if gaining muscle is your main goal. You need to feed yourself (preferably 6 times a day) and avoid overtraining on the cardio and weights. Intensity is the key not volume. Good luck!
