Hi Jordan!

For some wonderful inspiration, I suggest visiting www.bodychangers.com. Once

there, click " The Interviews, " and on Page 1, view the before and after

pictures of Dalver. Be sure to also listen to his interview.

Using Body-for-LIFE, Dalver made an amazing transformation: he added 18 lbs.

of muscle in 11 weeks! He was one of those who, like you, " had tried

everything " to put on muscle - but BFL is what made the difference for him.

His pictures and story are dramatic and instructive.

The very best of fortune to you,

Jordan, If you haven't read it yet, get the Body-for-LIFE book and read it

and then read the material posted on http://www.hussman.com/eas which

explains the program in a different way and gives you some tweaks if gaining

muscle is your main goal. You need to feed yourself (preferably 6 times a

day) and avoid overtraining on the cardio and weights. Intensity is the key

not volume. Good luck! Kit
