Guest guest Posted October 19, 2007 Report Share Posted October 19, 2007 Hi there, I'm five days into my first *ever* batch of KT, and I had a question: I have a nice SCOBY forming on top, but much of it is being lifted from the surface by big pockets of air trapped beneath the surface. Should I poke them back down to touch the liquid? How strictly should I follow the " leave it alone! " directive? I'm looking forward to consuming a great brew, and I don't want to mess anything up!
