Hi BFL friends... Happy New Year!

I'm Tom, from Northern CA. There's a guy at my gym that is very big and very

lean. I asked him about his diet. 5 times a day...5... he eats a bowl of

oatmeal and mixes 50 grams worth of protein powder with water and a shot of

olive oil. 5 times a day! Then at night he eats any damn thing he wants for

dinner. He's very large... and did'nt strike me as a boring person. Maybe as

a last resort!

Tom

And I thought I was a boring eater! I do love that combination though. I got in the rut of having oatmeal and protein powder (well, not 50 grams of protein powder) for breakfast almost every morning of my second challenge. Mostly because I was so sick of egg whites. I do love oatmeal still.

I think the oatmeal is a cool idea...its cheap and effective but its better

that we are using flax seed oil...it sounds like that guy spends like NO

money on groceries!
