Tami,

I had the same problem with in the beginning (age 5, 41 lbs) and he had horrible behaviors every time I tried to increase the LDN we were stuck at 2 lines then 3 lines then back down to 2 etc. It was about the time Anagrammy and Dr. JM said that we might just be stirring things up and not really tackling things. So I jumped straight from 2 lines to 5 lines and he did great! We had to stop all supplements for a while due to some bad lab tests and a very conservative dr at the time. We switch drs and slowly reintroduced everything. With the ldn I did half dose for a couple of days and right back to full dose with no problems. Just thought it might help to see someone else struggled and overcame the dosing challenge a kinda fyi thing :)

Hi Natasa,We have not yet been able to reach full dose of the LDN. We don't intend to increase over the recommended dose. We just want to get to it. LOL Right now he's at 2 lines. 5 lines is full dose at 3mg. I believe Dr McCandless said that they don't believe the immune modulation will happen for those who aren't at full dose. And while we've been on it since August 15th of last year, he hasn't been able to go up without horrible side effects. I do suspect, like Stan said, that the horrible effects may be from the viral overload and it may be too much for him to handle. That's why this is sounding like a good way to help him get to where he needs to be. I appreciate that info though.
