Matt (14) is having surgery today because of dental problems

undiagnosed for quite some time. He has a cyst (growing from ear to

ear) on the lower jaw. Seems to be related to the problem of aspie

kids who still have baby teeth in their teen years. Seems this cyst

absorbs the teeth and even the jawbone when undiagnosed. The cyst does

not appear on regular yearly xrays only on the panoramic xray ordered

by the oral surgeon. Appeared as a dental abcess, then had

characteristics of osteomyelitis. Has anyone out there had this

problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a

great Thanksgiving. in Florida
