I read the supplement manual and I didn't see what time its recommended to take this. I was thinking around 5p or 6pm. Is this correct? I bought some yesterday and it says to take 1 to 3 tsp a day.Does anyone know how much we really should be using? I use to take 2 Tablespoons a day, now I only take 1 a day. One Tablespoon will provide around 11 grams of fat. Bill recommends in his Sports Supplement Review to take 1 TSPN 3 times a day if using Udo's Choice. When you choose one, try to get one that has Omega 3,6 and 9. And watch the fresh pressed date and the expiration date. It should be kept refridgerated and do NOT use it to fry foods with. Guest guest Posted January 2, 2001 Report Share Posted January 2, 2001 Norma, you may have received an answer, but Melatonin helps with sleep pattern regulation and for that reason is recommended for taking a half hour before bedtime. It is too strong for some people and others are unaffected. Bill must have discovered a side effect that helps with the carb cravings. Just some further thoughts.
