I fell in love with it when I first tasted it during Christmas last year, warm apple cider with mullings spice and I wonder if spices have any effect on KT before I start experimenting, would not like to waste any precious KT. Right now, I 2nd ferment with chinese dates (jujube) and dried longan. It tastes pretty good!! My next batch will be tested with goji berries.
