Guest guest
If you have any new carpeting in your new home steam clean it with extremely hot water (no or natural cleaners only) before you move in if you can. My son and daughter were extremely antimony poisoned when they were born because of our new home and when my son got vaccinated, the mercury would not leave the body because of the toxic burden of the antimony from the brand new carpeting, so it settled in his organs. Since mercury is less soluble than the majority of metals, if a person is extremely toxic in anything the mercury will take a backseat to the other metals. > > > > > > We are moving into a new home and will have the heating/AC air ducts cleaned. Guest guest
I agree. Just about all flame retardant materials have antimony, so you may also want to consider hand made PJs and bedding (or put dust mite covers over the bedding) and put a hepa air filter where they sleep. Many of our kids seem to have high antimony levels. I think it's one of those REALLY bad ideas that were thought to be good like using lead in paint. - Stan > > > > > > > > We are moving into a new home and will have the heating/AC air > ducts cleaned. Guest guest
flame retardant materials also have arsenic as does carpeting, drapes and sometimes blinds. Life is scary, huh?Stan Kurtz <kurtzstan@...> wrote: I agree.Just about all flame retardant materials have antimony, so you may also want to consider hand made PJs and bedding (or put dust mite covers over the bedding) and put a hepa air filter where they sleep. Many of our kids seem to have high antimony levels. Guest guest
Okay, glad to see this thread. Our carpets need to be cleaned really bad, some day when we have the extra cash we will rip them out and put down tile or something more allergy friendly, some day... For now does anyone know of a company that uses natural cleaners, a brand of natural cleaner or anything that can make carpet cleaning safer?? I don't want to fill our house with toxic chemicals - we have an ASD daughter and a 7 month who crawls all over the place. > > > > > > > > We are moving into a new home and will have the heating/AC air > ducts cleaned. Guest guest
We used a carpet cleaning comapany that had natural cleaners as an option. You may have to call around, or search for the cleaner on the internet, and see if you can find a company to use it. If you cannot, just use extremely hot water. That will break down the chemicals in your carpet so that they can be removed. > > > > > > > > > > We are moving into a new home and will have the heating/AC > air > > ducts cleaned. Guest guest
Hey Jen, call Angie... She found the place, and they just happened to have a sample of a natural carpet cleaning product that she found online. They said that they liked working with it. Our house was the first place they used it. I do not know which place she used, but she does. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > We are moving into a new home and will have the > heating/AC > > > air > > > > ducts cleaned.
