> For those of you using the VS protocol, what type of VS are you

using? I understand there is the VS made by Enzymedica, and there

is a stronger type as well. I'm a little confused here. Is the

stronger type made by a different company? If so, how do we know it

contains the same enzyme as the VS?

It is made by the same company. They have a lable they market just

to doctors. I've been using the regular VS. I considered using the

Theramedix brand but the chiropractor we see doesn't carry it. I

also wasn't sure about changing midstream to the Theramedix. -

decided to just stay with what was working. Here is the comparision:

Virastop by Enzymedica

Protease Thera-blend 150,000 HUT

Seaprose Blend 4 mg seaprose.

Catalase 50 Baker.

Serratiopeptidase 25,000 units.

Nattokinase NSK-SD Blend 400 FU.

Mineral Blend 32mg

PRX by Theramedix:

Protease Thera-blendTM 305,000 HUT

Seaprose Blend 7 mg

Catalase 50 Baker

Serratiopeptidase 37,500 SU

Nattokinase NSK-SD blend 700 FU

Mineral Blend 40 mg

120 Capsules per bottle. No excipients or fillers.

Newbie here, so bear with me... Haven't started Valtrex yet...but trying to get all the info. Why are we using Virastop with Valtrex? I was just going to use an antifungal and Valtrex. Am I not correct? KerstenThe Schwartz Family <ams1088@...> wrote: For those of you using the VS protocol, what type of VS are you using? You are correct. I would use an antifungal with Valtrex. If you look at my

" Where to start

with antiviral " file in the FILES section, you'll see the explanation.

Bascially my suggestion (right now) is to start with Valtrex and Diflucan or

Nizoral. Then

you may decide to try and add other antivirals like OLE and Virastop down the

line.

I did answer the post Regular VS or " industrial Stength " ? because we

are using VS but I don't mean to confuse. We are not using both VS

and valtrex. We have never used valtrex. I came to this group

hoping to learn more about it as a possible option. I was hoping to

find someone here who had done a full VS trial and then moved on to

valtrex. I posted that question with my intro but got no

responses. We aren't using an antifungal, btw. We are doing well

with a couple probiotics and biotin.
