WE NEED YOUR HELP CALLING THE WHITE HOUSE AGAIN TODAY!

They just don't get it yet!

KEEP THE PRESSURE UP!

Last week was amazing! Everyone worked so hard. We have information

that our community's campaign is definitely being heard all around

Washington, DC from Capitol Hill to the White House. We contacted

the White House again to find out if they were ready to issue an

Executive Order and they need to hear from you all again to figure

out if that is what they really need to do.

We gave them a break to collect their thoughts and get back with us.

They must have forgotten that we still want mercury removed from

vaccines for children and pregnant women.

They apparently need to hear from you all again.

Below on the NVIC website that contains a eight-page

document - the Material Safety Data Sheet for Thimerosal

from Eli Lilly.

Print that out and fax it (all six pages) to the White House along

with a one page simple letter

explaining to the Administration that

giving mercury to children on purpose

is still stupid this week.

Then call to make sure they received your letter.

We recommend that you check back in with your Congressman and

Senators on Wednesday to see if they figured it out yet.

Do not be discouraged if the numbers are busy.

That just means that people across America are responding.

Dear President Bush,

Our community is not going to stop requesting that you ban the use of

mercury in vaccines for children and pregnant women. We will do

everything that we can to alert every American that without a ban

like this in place, the United States Government is going to allow 12-

14 Million children to receive doses of mercury exceeding safety

standards for anyone under 500 pounds when they get their flu shot

this season. We will let them know that the CDC was woefully

unprepared to handle this situation and has only ordered 6-8 Million

doses of mercury free flu vaccines but fully expects 20 Million

children and pregnant women to be vaccinated with the flu vaccine

this season.

Following is a copy of the Safety Data Sheet on Thimerosal. It is a

full six pages explaining the hazards of human contact with this form

of mercury.

Here is a snipet of what it does to humans according to Eli Lilly

themselves:

" Thimerosal contains mercury. Mercury poisoning may occur and

topical hypersensitivity reactions may be seen. Early signs of

mercury poisoning in adults are nervous system effects, including the

narrowing of the visual field and numbness in the extremeties.

Exposure to mercury in utero and in children may cause mild to severe

mental retardation and mild to severe motor coordination impairment. "

Or this....

" Target Organ Effects: Thimerosal - Kidney effects (tubule

necrosis), lung effects (tissue changes), mercury - nervous system

effects (insomnia, tremor, anorexia, weakness, headache) liver

effects (jaundice, digestive effects (hypermotility, diarrhea)). "

Or this...

" Reproduction: Thimerosal - decreased offspring survival. Mercury -

Changes in sperm production, decreased offspring survival and

offspring nervous system effects including mild to severe mental

retardation and motor coordination impairment. "

Why on earth do you continue to allow this to be injected into a

fetus or a child on purpose?

It shouldn't ever be in contact with any human....in any amount.

Why is this so difficult for your Administration to figure out?

Safer alternatives exist. The children and pregnant women of America

deserve them and according to United States law should have them.

The US Government directed the drug companies to remove it and yet,

they are still using mercury in vaccines. Still. If I were you, I

would be furious at all of them, the FDA, the CDC, the drug

companies - that they took the orders so lightly and allow a

substance like this to continue to be injected into little babies.

Concerned citizens will be calling the White House again today to

encourage you to act on this issue. If we don't hear from you today,

then we will call you again tomorrow morning, June 14th, 2005 at 8:30

a.m. for your response.

In the meantime, we will also continue with our campaign to warn the

American public that the government fails to protect their children,

born and unborn, from mercury in vaccines.
