Guest guest Posted September 5, 2000 Report Share Posted September 5, 2000 Hi all - I have not cheated yet!! Yea! Well, I was SOOOOOOOO sore today from the lower body workout yesterday. A good painful kind of sore. I could hardly walk. Today I did cardio (after work, instead of before, but that is okay), and I think that I hit some 9's and a 10's. I did treadmill. Walked about 1.2 miles. Different inclines (up to 4%) - this is how I dealt with my intensity. My legs were already burning from yesterday, but I pushed on. So a 10 is something like when your body wants to stop, give up, but your mind tells you that you can do it?? My legs were so sore from yesterday that I can't tell if it was a true 10. BUt my heart rate was up to like 200! Will this get easier to assess as experience comes? I am tired, and have to get to bed early cause I have to be at work tomorrow by 7. I am gonna go have my last shake. Then pick up some stuff around the house, and then bed. I have all my goals and everything written out. I will post these on the list, for people's information. Also, so we can post it on our website (the last rounders). My fat percentage was up to 13% today, so that is better than yesterday (6%). Take care all - feeling good so far.
