Guest guest Posted November 6, 2000 Report Share Posted November 6, 2000 I'm in my 9th week, so far im very happy with the BFL program. I am no longer getting the muscle soreness during my recovery period. Aren't I supposed to get some soreness during muscle recovery? I'm just concerned that maybe I'm not pushing myself enough. Maybe I'm not hitting muscle failure? or level 10. Are there any body builders out there? Should I spend more time working out? I've been thinking of going twice per day. Once in the morning and once in the eveing. Any feedback would much be appreciated. p.s. I'm also taking HMB, and Creatine.
