Bill on emotional eating

This is a little long for an email so I've included the link.

I know I'm thrown to eat emotionally. I love to eat at celebrations. I

usually eat when I'm extremely upset. I eat out of stress while writing a

term paper. I remember the absolutely AMAZING binge I had after completing my

last Challenge in March. I was so excited, and proud of myself after getting

those after pictures taken in my new Gold Bikini! Ever felt one of these
