I'm afraid, there are as many recommended 'serving sizes' as there are

websites. Kombucha is not a drug that has to be accurately administered,

but a food of which people can partake according to how much they feel

they want to imbibe. Thus it is a very individual thing.

Some days I will have very little KT and drink far more Kefir and/or water.

On other days I go Kombucha binge drinking (at least a litre/quart).

Not much help for you, I fear, but at least you know that you can find your

very own level of Kombucha dose, and nobody has the right to tell you that

you are drinking the wrong amount. Only YOU can know! :-)
