Guest guest
Salt in lemonade.... I did the 'lemonade' fast for 3 days several months ago, and wanted to implement some days each week of 2 or 3 quarts of salt water (sea salt). I found the salt water - well, not salty tasting, but not appetising at all. The lemon-salt- cayenne mixture, though, goes right down. I actually got hooked on Lemon/salt water this summer. I find the lemon juice more 'salty' and actually covers the weird sea salt taste.... > > > > Me too, ine. I like it very much and use the HSS in my salt > grinder on anything that I feel needs it.
