Guest guest Posted August 20, 2007 Report Share Posted August 20, 2007 Hi everyone, I've only been brewing Kombucha for a short time and I have yet to get a fizzy bottle. I'm more used to water kefir, which after the 2nd fermentation, shoots out like champagne sometimes. Any ideas about raising the fizz factor in my Kombucha?
