Guest guest
For the past 3 years Len and I have distilled water delivered from a local spring water company. We use it for everything except bathing, washing dishes and laundry. Since he has a " medical need " for chemical- free water, we also get a 10% discount. It costs about $1.00 per day, BUT knowing there are fewer chemicals (iron, chlorine, etc) that his liver has to process, it's well worth any cost. You can buy gallon size jugs at your local grocery store or even have smaller bottles delivered. As for me, the 5 gallon bottles are a bit heavy to replace, but it sure keeps my upper arm flab to a minimum :-) Spinach is loaded with iron and eliminating that from your diet will also help. Bon appetit in spite of it!
