Guest guest
My doctor truly cares for me and even calls me several times a week to see if I need anything. One for one. He's even tried to find ways to reduce the cost of my medicine and has given me 'stock' meds for free. I don't think he is out to get me and that's the point...it's not eastern vs. western it's people vs. people. There are good and bad doctors on every side and good and bad scientists on every side. Your experience makes me happy for you but I know others who have been scammed on both sides. --- Hunter <us2china2@...> wrote: > I think you hit on the one reason I chose to give > this a try. Guest guest
Ah! Common ground at last. Yes, there are good people everywhere. I think the system in America tends to cause people that want to make lots of money study to be doctors. Some study because they want to help people. I'd say you are extremely rare and fortunate to have a dooctor personally calling you three times a week. Are you related? Guest guest
that's great- don't read a word that I a have written- no you all are so correct- herbs are not about money right? there are no people getting arested for selling western meds healing patients and claiming its eastern right? no there is no money scandals with eastern meds- by the way I like how you turn everything over to Western meds and ignore any debate about the herbs- kind of funny- defending something without a real argument...money money money...you know what if I can be cured of something than did the motive matter? you think families push their children into Chinese medicine because of the goodness? are they not people who need money too? please I get it- no one can talk about herbs without getting their head ripped off- use what you like and hope your minds create strong enough belief systems because that is what you need- placebos- is it not about money? most people turn to eastern meds after there is no other alternative- they prey on peoples hopes and desperation to squeeze a last dollar out of them- you want proof? I can give you study after study, arrest after arrest- but stick to your guns and attack something that wasn't even being discussed. does it matter that WEstern meds suck? I have said there are issues? but you keep using that to cover the real topic. I can't get to the topic b/c the same thing keeps getting thrown at me and so the burden of proof is always on me and no one answers a question they just attack me with the same thing that has been stated fifty times- --- Jackie on <redjaxjm@...> wrote: > I think you said in one post that when things go bad > that the drugs are pulled off the counters UNLIKE > herbs,, THAT is NOT true,, look at vioxx, that is > just ONE OF the HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of drugs out > there that are eventually recalled..., THEY KNEW it > was going to cause AT LEAST 100,000 incidents or > deaths,, but they put it out there anyway ,, why? > because of the money... and current tx,, dont get me > wrong,, Im glad I took it as my hep is in remission > now 3 years,, but I AM left totally disabled from > tx,, from the INF and riba and I KNOW MANY MANY > others who are left disabled like me,, and yet, they > keep putting out this particular combo,,even tho IT > IS leaving many ppl damaged,IF an herbal combo did > this,, it would be pulled for sure,,,, so your > version is not always correct,,, sometimes yes, but > not always,, > its about the money,, when they take the money out > of it,, then things MIGHT change,, > > Rath <kdrath@...> wrote: > My doctor truly cares for me and even calls me > several > times a week to see if I need anything.
