Couldn't the nose spray just be diluted for these people? I.e. add

some saline to it?

It could and that will probably help some of them, yes. I have played with

using 625 mcg of

MB12 with 150 mcg of folinic and it works pretty well too.

It could and that will probably help some of them, yes. I have played with

using 625 mcg of

MB12 with 150 mcg of folinic and it works pretty well too.
