I will post the bread recipe and the soup recipe today. I hope you enjoy them. Oh by the way, I am the "parent in absense " of a little girl named . Let me explain that. My husband is in the Air Force. And all parents in the military have to have someone who will take care of their children in case of deployment. We have a very good friend who is a single parent of three children. (His ex-wife lost all custody of the children, long story) but he had to have someone to leave the kids with in case of deployment. He picked us!!! I was so proud to have been chosen. I have been their unofficial co-parent for a long time. They come here after school sometimes, and when we do family things they are always included. But it made me really proud that the father picked me. Well I know that is OT-but your name just reminded me of it. And I thought I would share. Hee
