Guest guest
I have read occasionally about scoby's that rise out of the tea. I have never experienced that, so I delete and read on. This week, I have 3 gallon jars, each with the previous 2 scoby's in them. Normally, they sit right under the surface, and the baby forms on top, but all 3 are pushing upward and out of the tea. When this happens, where does the baby form? I did push them back down in. Does this cause a problem for baby to form? K
