I just started on 8/14/00, but I kinda worked my way into it a few weeks before. I have lost in just this month alone, over 15 pounds, and since I started about 6 weeks ago, about 20 to 25 pounds. I called EAS and they told me not to worry, but to switch from Myoplex Lite to the regular. I have 5 to 6 meals a day. I take Myoplex Lite 3x a day, and use BetaGen 2x a day, and the Cyto Vol at night, and I am also using the Phen Free 3x a day. I do weight training and lite cardio 3x per week and Interval cardio 3x a week and do extra ab work on those days too. I am eating good food that are well balanced. I cannot believe how much I have changed, but it is real. I had my pic's taken on the 15th, and I will have another set made about the same date in September. I hope I can see the change there too. Others can see it, but sometimes I think I am always the last one. Well, if there is anyone in or around Florida or any place that would like to write back and forth let me know. I need the support. That's 27 lbs. fat loss and 11 lbs. of muscle gain! Great job! I wouldn't change much with that much lean muscle gain! When did you start this program and take those initial stats? If you just started two weeks ago I would suspect a testing error. If there is a way to repeat those results with the average person, you could be a billionaire! >> The first body fat test was about 6 or 7 weeks ago, the next one was my first day in the challenge 8/14, and the next was about a week later. So I did lose a lot before my official day one of the challenge, but I am still losing a lot. I just weighed myself at 224.5. So I am still losing!!! I just do not see in around my waist darn it. I mean it is smaller, that I can tell when I put my pants on, but too me it is still fat! Now my legs look awesome. If you just looked at my legs you would think the rest of me was just as good. My chest is bigger, and I can start to see my Abs (but that might just be my imagination) and my arms (biceps) is very big now. I can see the difference, but I just wish there was a way to lose fat faster from my waist. The rest of my body is doing great. Any suggestions? Don't worry about the abs thing. The fat comes off first from intra muscular stores and then a layer at a time from all the subcutaneous stores. You may want to get your body composition tested every two weeks to avoid slipping backwards on your lean muscle. Onl y 2 or 3 times did I eat bad food when I allowed myself to get to hungry. But the thing that makes the 6 meals a day mean so much to me is that it keeps my metabolism going fast, and on top of that drinking a lot of water. When I eat a regular meal I do use the portion outline. So I think that it helps more than you know to eat the way the plan outlines because it keeps your body's metabolism high, and the water helps you do two things, it help the vitamin and supplements travel through you r body faster and more completely, as well as help your body process fat. It depends on how long I am awake. I will eat about ever 3 hours. I will drink a shake for 3 of those meals, which 3 depend on my day. Sometime the first 3 are the shake, Myoplex. I also use Betagen 2 times a day, morning and evening. I take CytoVol at night with a 100% protein shake. I take a multi vitimin and 4 Phen-Free pills in the morning, and then two sets of 3 later in the day, but never later than 6pm. I will eat good food. A portion is about the size of my fist. I will eat a portion of chicken, or lean ground beef most of the time as I bought a huge thing of both and froze them into portion size. I will eat a portion of vegetables, sometime two portions (as I do not think you can eat too many of them. And a portion of carbs, like a baked potato, or whole wheat pasta or brown rice. Sometimes I will eat egg whites for brea k fast after my work out, sometimes a shake. I will make a huge salad with fat free or lite dressing (I hate the fat free so sometimes I will mix them) and put a can of tuna (packed in water) on top. I have not really expermented with cooking fancy meals, my girlfriend makes great food, so when I eat with her I just eat portion size. I do not use gravy or butter. I bought a butter powder called Butter Bud's and that is pretty good on the potatoe, but I eat them plain now most of the time. After you eat this way for a while, your taste bud's change, and I have stopped craving the sweats. I rarely eat bread at all, I have not had regular pasta at all since starting. I do not eat choclate, but I will say that on my firt " free day " I ate 4 brownies that were made the night before, in the morning of my free day with a glass of milk. Oh well. I think the food plan + the weight training + the cardio is what makes this work. Take one away, you might get results, but I know that this works, and it has worked for countless others, so why take what you want, and leave the rest. This is not a " buffet " LOL. This is about life, and life abundantly. I have never felt so good, or been at such peace physically. I started the program on the 14 by taking my pics. It would be awesome if I get to 200 and fantastic if I get to 180 or 185. That si where I want to be. I set my goal to lost 50 pounds in 12 weeks. Maybe I should say I will lost 50 pounds of fat? " Once I was a prisoner Lost in myself With the world surrounding me Wandering through the misery, But now I AM FREE..... Too bad I will not be a " hard body " in time for your trip. I wont go as I am. Funny thing is, is that my girlfriend and I were going to take a vacation soon. We are going to stay with my parents this weekend. I really enrolled my parents in what I eat. Mom cooks great, and she makes the best food, keeping out the butter, and bread for me. =) It is cool to have support every place I go. 's youngest always wants some of my shake when I make them. He is so cute. We all went out to a Japanese steak house after Church last Sunday and her 12 year old was telling me what was safe to eat. She is on the cheer leading squad and over the summer she put on 2 or 3 pound (if I only had her problems) and she started a no carb diet. I told he what I was doing, but she did not want to do the work (I suggested she walk with me and her Mom at night) Do you know anything about the no carb diet? Peace+ " Once I was a prisoner Lost in myself With the world surrounding me Wandering through the misery, But now I AM FREE..... "

I was told by EAS to stay away from the Phosphagen for a while as it may impede fat loss. So I wonder when I should go back on it?
