Guest guest
Why drink low Low Sodium V8 for the potassium if you can drink Low Sodium Tomato Juice at half the cost and there is about the same amount of Potassium in both?If vegetable juice were freshly extracted the vegetables might have unique properties and enzymes, but when their juice is sitting around on a shelf in a plastic bottle don't the vegetables loose most of their valuable enzymes and nutritional value? I know they do when they are cooked.Low Sodium Tomato Juice - 8 ounces (227 grams)50 calories140 mg sodium920 mg potassium7 grams sugars2 grams protein___________________Low Sodium V8 Juice - 8 ounces (227 grams)50 calories140 mg sodium900 mg potassium8 grams sugars2 grams protein___________________Blackstrap Unsulphured Molasses - 1 1/2 tablespoon (31 grams)63 calories15 mg sodium900 mg potassium16 grams sugars0 grams protein___________________1/2 Large Baked Potato with skin (170 grams)152 calories17 mg sodium900 mg potassium2 grams sugars4 grams protein___________________2 large bananas (544 grams)220 calories4 mg sodium900 mg potassium38 grams sugars2 grams protein________________1 large avocado (180 grams)300 calories0 mg sodium900 mg potassium0 grams sugars0 grams protein_____________________________________11 dried apricots (180 grams)176 calories0 mg sodium900 mg potassium41 grams sugars2.5 grams protein_____________________________________Potassium per calorie winner is Low Sodium Tomato Juice or Low Sodium V8 Juice
