Lettie, glad to see you back, I was thinking of you just the other day

when the question of a partial ADx came up!

I just reviewed your story from a year ago. Did they figure out your

abdomen/facial bloating? Were you checked for Subclinical Cushing's

Syndrome (SCS)? I ended up at NIH and they found I had PA masking SCS

(excess aldosterone and cortisol from the same adrenal). Many times

the excess cortisol does not show up on standard cortisol tests and they

find it in in late night cortisol tests when the tumor doesn't listen to

the Pituitary telling it to shut down! Anyway, I hope your issues have

resolved and would love to chat and see if that might have been an

issue. Look forward to hearing what has been going on.

> I just wanted to come back and see how people are doing and try to get

together a real " file " to add to your forum. This past year has been a

very difficult one in my life and being online hasn't been a priority.

After the death of my Mom and a string of other family crisis' I wanted

to come back. The reason is because I believe that all the sharing of

information and support given here helped me tremenously when I needed

it. I want to give back by sharing my experience. I may not get to

everything all at once but I do want everyone to know how much I

appreciate their sharing, Dr. Grim's help and everyone else who helped

to point me in the right direction. I am not one to just drop out

because I am so called " cured " . It has just been a really bad 11 months.

Not complaining just stating. Anyway I will be trying to catch up within

the next couple of weeks and maybe~just maybe my info can be of help to

someone else. This disease has shown me that the medical community has

huge issues with people who take charge of their own health (even though

they don't have a clue). Sad reality. Dr. Grim , you are a wonderful

person for helping so many people~the world needs more people like you.
