Good point maybe we should inquire here had many withPA breast fed afger preg and did BP get better or if they did and they stopped did BP worsen.One of the physiological challenges of pregnancy is to store enough body salt that salt depletion does not occur when breast feeding. Some have though the marked changes in renin and aldo during pregnancy may be the explanation for the drive in some who are pregnant to eat salty things.
