Ok, yes I know it is 3 am and all..LOL but when I started working out we decided that we would measure me every Saturday. So here are my measurements compared to last Saturday: (first number = last week, second number = today)

Waist: 43" - 43"

Hips: 45" - 43"

Left thigh: 23 3/4" - 22 1/2"

Right thigh: 24 1/2" - 22 1/4" (We did a double check on that one)

Bust: 43" - 42 1/2"

Left Calf: 15 1/2" - 15 1/4"

Right calf: 15" - 15"

Left arm (biceps): 12" - 11 3/4"

Right arm: 12 3/4" - 12"

Body fat: 46% - 43%

Weight: 163 - 163 (I don't really count this, but I just weigh myself)

So, I am happy about the lose of some inches. Of course I really want to lose inches in my waist, but time will do that. Actually, I can't wait to measure myself again after doing Tae-Bo for the entire week instead of just 3 days. And hopefully it seems like I can lose inches pretty easily. Also about my right thigh...when I was 6 years old I went through a glass window, I have a huge scar there and they had to tie my muscles back together there, so I figured that since it is like that, then maybe that is why I was bigger in that thigh then on my left thigh, of course maybe my working out is getting it into better shape then my left thigh. But they are both almost even now in inches. Same thing with my right arm, I guess since I am right handed it would be a little bigger then my left arm, but they are almost even too. OK there are my measurments!

Most happy right now!
